Amidst all of these predicaments and the air of uncertainty (according to what you all have been seeing on social media), there is hope. Businesses and private individuals are coming together to mobilize food distribution in Metro Manila and its neighboring provinces to feed our frontliners: doctors, nurses, hospital staff and employees who are at the center and front of this crisis.
In the Bicol region, hundreds of our frontliners–doctors, nurses, staff members of hospitals and rural health units especially–are struggling through daily operations. On several instances, the lack of medical supplies and food for long work hours aggravate the circumstances around this crisis. We’ve partnered with Frontline Feeders Philippines and #RockEdRelief to rally our local business, private individuals and organizations to bring food and supplies to our true heroes.
